I have that Usb but i cannt repair, I try using mpall and uptool but nothing works (or well I dont Know exactly fix this)

In UPTool i had these result AD-3A-18-03-00-50 in red background

JaegerFox, it doesn't work because in report of usbflashinfo we don't see any FID of memeory. That mean any software would not work and you can't upload firmware. So, you need try to put your device in test mode and try to use usbflashinfo again and see if FID will appear. Send report if it work and we try to find software for you.

I don't know which pins I should use to activate the test mode, which dot should I use as a reference? the small or the big one?

JaegerFox, during quick search i can't find PS2307 datasheet, so if your usb device have NAND in TSOP-48 package then you can short 29-30 OR 30-31 OR 31-32 OR 41-42 OR 42-43 OR 43-44 pins for test mode.
